Refund policy

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@cleomagick.com within 2 hours. After which it is not possible to modify an order.

ITEM DAMAGED

We package and send our creations with a great deal of care and attention to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition. If your order does arrive damaged, please email info@cleomagick.com with the subject “Item Damaged”. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery receipt. We will require photos of the damage.

Please do not return a package without contacting us at Cleomagick first.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Please email info@cleomagick.com with the subject “Order Not Received” and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you*.

*Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses, shipments shown as “delivered” in tracking update or for failure to pick up your item from your local Post Office. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, but we understand if sometimes a product may fall short of your expectations. Please email us at info@cleomagick.com with your order number, so we can better understand why you would like a refund.

We offer exchanges and refunds within 14 days of your purchase date.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For items that fall outside of the 14-day window, we recommend giving your item as a magickal gift to a friend or loved one.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following:

• Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• All Herbal products: loose herbs, teas, salts, tinctures, elixirs, bath and body products.
• All Crystals: Rough, tumbled, clusters, points
• Books & Publications (Decks may be returned if they are sealed in the original packaging)
• ‘Seconds’ items
• Digital products / downloads

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be carefully returned in the original packaging. Please do not return a package without contacting us at Cleomagick first.

We do not cover shipping fees for a return, this is the responsibility of the customer.
