We ship our creations worldwide*. Each order is shipped from the United Kingdom.

• U.K (2nd Class Tracked): 3-7 working days
• U.K (1st Class Tracked): 2-4 working days
• U.K (Special Delivery): 1-2 working days (signature required on delivery)

• Europe (Tracked): 7-20 working days
• USA (Tracked): 10-30 working days
• Canada (Tracked): 10-30 working days
• Asia (Tracked): 14-30 working days
• Australia (Tracked): 14-30 working days
• Rest of the world (Tracked): 14-30 working days

* Please note: shipping time depends on the country, public holidays, and customs.

We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please first check your tracking number which you would have received via email. Check your local post office, and finally, contact us with your enquiry.

CUSTOMS

International shipments typically take about 1-2 weeks to pass through customs but can take as long as 6-8 weeks (or longer depending on the destination and customs). Please note that CLEOMAGICK has no control over this process and cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time period.

Please be aware that in some circumstances, taxes and duties may be charged for international shipments.
